Superficial article doesn't say how they differentiated scintillation produced by hypothesized distant cold gas cloud, vs. scintillation happening locally in earth's atmosphere, but I assume that was part of the work.

I need to reread it again for about the 6th time over the years. Don't be thrown by the chemistry stuff, it's not directly necessary for understanding the big picture ideas. Really gave me a lot to think about and I think both have a theoretical bearing on your prophecy gift. We shall discuss when we have time! Superconductivity, invisible (other-dimensional) energy, etc. I put Bearden and Hudson ideas together and have a suspicion what is going on.
