A swimming pool for 1600 swimmers!

Dear frends

Hello

In 216 ce, new thermal baths were inaugurated by Roman Emperor Caracalla( or Antoninus) him self.
No body had built more beautiful or larger ones than these,which could accommodate 1600 swimmers

Cold , warm and hot baths , as well as the immense swimming pool outside were supplied by 64 tanks of 80;000 litres each!
This is a wonderful creation which is commendable.
