I see no concrete, natural, pure, actual or 'true' EVIL in the World. But all that i can see or feel are ideas, each been judged and justified based on its Utilitarian value and soundness. I see no reason why the victim of an attack should be the one to be blame over his misfortune for no reason. God will judge all..
