Nuclear Explosions...!! World Can never forget the incidents of Mass Destruction (HiroShima & Nagasaki)

in #history7 years ago

In World War 2, where the world witnessed the true Cruel nature of the man, science also got its remarkable discoveries of which the Nuclear explosive devices are the one...

If you'd have known a little bit about these, you may have the Idea that The beginning of the project was Albert Einstein’s 1939 letter to FDR in which he suggested that an atomic bomb could be built.

As he was a great scientist, his letter couldn't be ignored and a special team for the purpose to build such a mass destruction device, was planned in which the Universities, Industrialists, Researchers got involved.
The project was named as Manhattan Project:
Major General Leslie Groves was named as the head of operations.
At height of construction, the project employed 129,000 people.

Now, when the Device was ready, USA decided to drop it on Japanese in order to win the war and Complete destruction of Japanese armed forces as well as inevitable devastation of the Japanese homeland.

These 2 bombs were then dropped...!!

And I don't see the logic in dropping the second Bomb when the First had done enough to win the War...!! Or maybe it was the US just like always... Blind in the Pride to bomb anyone it wanted...??

And please see the Casualties:
Hiroshima- 70,000 casualties from initial bombing. Up to 200,000 casualties by the end of 1945 due to radiation.
Nagasaki- 75,000 casualties from initial bombing. Up to 80,000 total by the end of 1945 due to radiation.

So, USA is the only country, that used these Bombs to kill... After that, no one had enough courage...

In my next post, I'll tell you why the appearance of Blast is like mushroom...??
