Just below, you can find my rendition of the speech given by The Soviet Union's Foreign Minister, Y. Molotov.

The Germans moved into Russia on June 22, 1941. At that time, both parties had signed a "Non Aggression" Pact.

Depending on who you ask, you will get a different reason as to why The Reich moved on Germany. Most are alluded to in Molotov's address.
