When I was young, I'd get drunk with friends. We'd sit around bullshitting, like most drunks do. One of my bullshit stories was how I thought vampires started because of bats and rabies, combined with how people back then didn't understand anything. I had no idea my bullshit was actually partially true. I was just thinking in my head and it all clicked, like an episode of common sense.
