A Humble Sandwich from "Silver Mamma's Kitchen"

in Club of Sandwicheslast year (edited)

It's been one of those weeks again in Silver Mamma Chef's Kitchen.

I think she lost one of her bearings, since her best friend and helper, Miele, lost hers a month or two ago and can't seem to find a replacement.

As Silver Mamma Chef explained in one of her previous posts, Miele's predicament of "giving up the ghost" and is still out of action at the moment, leaving Silver Mamma Chef frustrated with Mss Broom and Co who's not puling her weight at all.

Yip!...Silver Mamma Chef lost a few marbles the last time...this time...it's her bearings Lol.

I just hope she doesn't loose some nuts and bolts in the near future....that would be a catastrophe for sure.

Well!...to cut a long story short...Silver Mamma Chef has been trying to do a "Sandwich" post for a few days now, since @lizelle told her @mondoshawan has rekindled his sandwich community, she was thrilled, as sandwiches are one of her quick lunch time fixes for those busy days.

So!...after peeping at all those delicious and awesome sarmies (sandwiches) in "SANDWICH Community" feeling slightly intimidated by the excellent posts, she decided to give her sixpence worth and pull out all the stops and post her humble lunch time sandwich.

A visit to the local green grocers for the ingredients was done by Papa Chef, he's very good at shopping and finding the best fresh produce, especially bargains. Lol!

Omg!...don't forget the red wine and beer for Papa Chef to wash it all down.

Well!...that was Silver Mamma Chef's lunch on Wednesday..."A Minced Beef patty sandwich" with all sorts added.
Until the next sandwich...have a great weekend, it's almost Friday.

My goodness! This sandwich is so mouthwatering. Papa chef certainly knows how to shop😊❤️. Thanks for sharing

Thank you @sweetsoul for the kind words and stopping by.

Humble?! Ha, i love me some humble sandwich for sure.... It's a big pleasure to see you re-started showing us the arty sandwiches. Awesome. Thanks!

I have to say that Mamma Chef's Humble Sandwich looks delicious and not at all humble. And how lucky Mamma Chef is that Papa Chef is good at shopping and bargains. The non-chef Papa in this house doesn't usually look at the prices in the shops, and always gets told off. 🤣

Thank you @coquicoin I don't go shopping with him, he goes from one shop to another to compare prices and it frustrates me, I like to go in and get what I need then go home.
So I just leave him to do his thing, he seems to enjoy it. Lol!
Have a great week end.

Hehe, he seems to be an expert shopper, and the advantage is that you can delegate the task to him since he likes to do them. I like to do my grocery shopping all in one place without spending too much time on it too:) Happy weekend!

Yum my dear friend @artywink, this looks sooo good, nothing like homemade patties AND then you put it on fresh homemade bread! Kind of a deluxe homemade sandwich burger! Nice one...please don't lose your nuts and bolts as well ;)
