Step1//Paso1

el primer paso es colocar el pollo en un recipiente de agua con sal y perejil y lo pongo a cocinar mientras éste se cocina , pico el pimentón, la cebolla, cebollín, y tomate en cuadritos y lo pongo a sofreir

cuando el pollo este listo ,lo voy a desmenuzar y se lo colocó a lo que estoy sofriendo , el plátano lo pico y y lo pongo a freír un poco

luego le pongo una bolsa plástica con aceite sobre el esprimidor de limón y ahí realizó las canasta de plato y vuelvo a ponerlo a freír
