Ceviche de mango[Esp-Eng]

Feliz tarde amigos de Hive Food hoy les traigo un delicioso ceviche de mango, aprovechando la temporada y que a mi esposo le regalaron una bolsa decidí hacer varias recetas y esta es una que no había probado pero que queda muy deliciosa, aquí les dejo la receta y el paso a paso.

Happy afternoon friends of Hive Food today I bring you a delicious mango ceviche, taking advantage of the season and that my husband was given a bag I decided to make several recipes and this is one that I had not tried but it is very delicious, here is the recipe and the step by step.

🥭 1 mango
🥭 1/2 cebolla
🥭 1 pimentón largo rojo
🥭 4 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
🥭 Sal al gusto
🥭 4 cucharadas de Aceite
🥭 Pimentón rojo molido
🥭 Una ramita de cilantro

🥭 1 mango
🥭 1/2 onion
🥭 1 long red bell pepper
🥭 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
🥭 Salt to taste
🥭 4 tablespoons of oil
🥭 Ground red paprika
🥭 A sprig of coriander

Comence por lavar la cebolla, (si tiene morada mejor así queda más bonito a la vista el ceviche por la combinación de colores, yo use blanca por que no tenía morada) el mango, cilantro y pimentón para eliminar las impurezas.
Luego pele el mango con un pela papa para no desperdiciar nada.

I started by washing the onion, (if it has purple onion, it is better so the ceviche looks prettier because of the combination of colors, I used white because I didn't have purple) the mango, cilantro and paprika to remove impurities.
Then peel the mango with a potato peeler so as not to waste anything.

Pique la media cebolla en juliana y la eche en un envase, luego pique el pimentón en tiras y el cilantro en pedacitos y se lo agregue a la cebolla.

Luego con un cuchillo pique el mango tratando de quitar toda la pulpa y luego lo corte en tiras y la uní con los otros ingredientes.

Then with a knife I chopped the mango trying to remove all the pulp and then cut it into strips and joined it with the other ingredients.

Le agregue el vinagre, el aceite, la sal y el pimentón molido, mezcle bien y rectifique el sabor, lo metí un rato a la nevera para que se integrarán bien los sabores y le di a mi esposo y mi hija y todos quedaron encantados. Yo hice este ceviche a mi manera, cambie el limón por vinagre de manzana y le agregue el pimentón para que le diera un toque picante y esto le dio un toque muy especial. Es muy agradable preparar cosas sencillas que alegran el paladar y salimos de la rutina al probar alimentos diferentes a los que comemos diariamente.

I added the vinegar, oil, salt and ground paprika, mixed well and adjusted the flavor, I put it in the fridge for a while so that the flavors would integrate well and I gave it to my husband and my daughter and they were all delighted. I made this ceviche my way, I changed the lemon for apple cider vinegar and added paprika to give it a spicy touch and this gave it a very special touch. It is very nice to prepare simple things that brighten up the palate and we get out of the routine by trying different foods than the ones we eat daily.
