Bizcocho clásico
Hola amigos de esta hermosa cuminidad el día de hoy les comparto esta increíble receta para preparar un rico bizcocho clásico y tradicional.
Solo nesecitan 3 ingredientes :
8 huevos
280grs de Harina leudante
280grs de Azúcar
Y la vainilla que no puede faltar el la pastelería ☺️.
Amigos esta receta se preparara en una tortera de 24cm , y les da un total de entre 8 y 10 porciones .
Al preparar este bizcocho hágalo con calma y paciencia , ya que al mezclar los ingredientes tienen que hacerlo poco a poco ,de una forma suave y envolvente, siempre hacia el mismo lado.
Les confieso que la primera vez que prepararé este bizcocho lo hice con un poco de miedo , y solo utilice las mitad de los ingredientes , y el resultado me encantó 👍, asi que esta vez me animé a hacerlo otra vez para el cumpleaños de mi hijo.
Este bizcocho es ideal para preparar postres húmedos como la torta tres leches. rellenarla con fresas ,O simplemente acompañarlo con un cafecito es perfecto ...
