Today i would like to share the Recipe of Poha- flattened Rice. Poha is indian Breakfast combined with onions And indian spices. It is healthy breakfast and easy to digest. it is easy and quick to prepared. Try this healthy morning breakfast, you will like it for sure. You can also add more boiled veggies as per your taste to make it more delicious and tasty.

Ingredients 📃
• 200 Grams of Poha(flattened Rice).
• 1 Chopped Onion.
• 1 tbsp Mustard seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 2 Slit Green Chilli.
• 5-6 Curry leaves.
• Pinch of Turmeric powder.
• Pinch of Red Chilli Powder (optional).
• 2 tbsp of Oil.
• Sev for Garnish.
Process📃
Take a kadai, heat the oil, Add the Mustard seeds, pinch of Asafoetida, Curry leaves & Green Chilli, Waits untill it start Crackling.
Now add the Onions, saute it at low flame until it get trasnulent.
Add the turmeric powder.
Saute it for a second at low flame.
Boil the water in a pan.
Keep the Strainer on the top, stream the poha.
While your poha is getting add salt and sugar. now add the masala preparedm
mix it will gently, so that your poha get well coated witg masala.
Your Poha is ready to serve.
To make it more tempting & Delicious, Sprinkle Chaat masala in on the top.
Add the sev on the top, to gives crunchy flavour.
