Today i would like to share the recipe of potato stiffed rolls, it is made up of paratha potato stuffing, I have made with making the fresh Partha you can try this recipe with leftover parthas or rotis. this recipe is easy to make liked by all age group from kids to adults, it is healthy and delicious too.

Ingredients š
For Dough
⢠2 Cups of Wheat flour
⢠Pinch of Salt.
⢠Water as Required.
For Stuffing.
⢠3-4 Medium Sized Potatoes.
⢠2 tbsp of oil.
⢠1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
⢠Pinch of Asafoetida.
⢠1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
⢠1 tbsp of Kathuri Methi.
⢠1 medium sized Chopped Tomato.
⢠Salt to taste.
For Roll.
⢠4 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
⢠4 tbsp of Tomato Sauce(optional).
⢠Stuffing.
⢠Oil for Roasting.
⢠2 tbsp of oregano.
Process š
Dough

Take a dough in big bowl, Add water to flour and stir until the water has been absorbed,bring together to make clump, add water little, don't add too much water. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes. Keep it aside for rest.
Stuffing

Now heat the oil in the kadai, add cumin seeds & Asafoetida, saute it for a second, untill it start crackling.

Add the chopped tomatoes, Add salt and Red chilli powder, cooked it until it becomes soft. then add Kasthuri Methi.

Add the Boiled potato, mix it well so that Pototes get well coated the tomato masala.

Your stuffing is ready for making roll, you can also refrigerates it to make as your suitable time.
Making Rolls

Once again knead the dough to make it more smooth and soft, take a small portion of it, make a ball, then Put it on the slap dust some Flour.

with the rolling pin, make a big diameter as shown in the picture,

now heat the tawa on high flame, put the Raw Paratha into the hot tawa, when it start getting brown dots all over the paratha, flip it, pour some oil to roast it well.

Your Paratha is ready, you can also try this recipe with leftover chatpati or Paratha, now apply the mayonnaise & Tomato sauce all over the Paratha, then put some stuffing sprinkle some oregano, make it roll

Your potato stuffed paratha is ready to serve, you can enjoy it with Tomato sauce, green Chutney or Schezwan Sauce. You may enjoy it anytime of the day.
