Y ya llegó la hora del almuerzo señores.
Mi mamá a pesar de su malestar gripal fuerte que tiene hizo unos granos llamados bayo que son bastantes suaves al momento de su cocción a estos les echo un guiso sabroso a base de, pimentón, aji, cebolla, y condimentos en polvo y un poquito de sal, y es que acá la verdad comemos bastante sano.
Y como se ve en el plato lo acompaño de arroz blanco sin sal y tajada, plátano maduro.
No podÃa faltar su respectivo jugó que hoy fue de guayaba, este delicioso 😋, acá entre nos soy fanática de las bebidas sobretodo si estás están bien frÃas.
