Lo cierto es que en lo personal hay ciertos alimentos que sin duda me transportan a momentos inolvidables de mi infancia, aromas, sabores, incluso texturas ¡Díganme que les ha sucedido por favor! 🫣 Jajaja

For a long time I heard people say: Nothing like my mom's arepas! Or My grandmother's sazon is the best! 🤷🏻 I don't know if you ever heard something like that or are from the group of people who once uttered those kinds of expressions.
The truth is that personally there are certain foods that undoubtedly transport me to unforgettable moments of my childhood, aromas, flavors, even textures Tell me what has happened to you please! 🫣 Hahahaha
Así me sentía hoy mientras realizaba en casa unas ricas empanadas yo quería hacerlas en leña porque era el sabor ahumado que están buscando, pero no sé pudo primero porque estaba terminando de llover, y segundo porque nadie me apoyaba en querer encender la leña jajaja así que decidimos hacerlas de forma "normal" 😜
El relleno que elegimos fue de pollo y carne mechada, yo apoye un poco en la elaboración además el toque final lo añadió mi mamá que tiene una sazón fabulosa para la comida, y en especial para estos guisos que llevan al que los prueba a esos guisos que realizaba mi abuela en leña para toda la familia juntos disfrutando empanadas doradas y crujientes.
Ese tipo de momento es el que buscábamos recrear a pesar de que faltaban muchos en casa decidimos hacer esta comida para recordar esos buenos momentos, todos quedamos muy satisfechos con las empanadas con una rica sazón, y también elaboramos unas salsas de queso y de ajo con perejil, algunos por allí añadieron salsa picante, yo solo utilice una pequeña gotita porque no soy amante de la comida picante 💁🏻
Pasamos un rato muy agradable, nos acompañaron mis suegros, mi madre, jhoan y mis niñas, estaban contentas corriendo por todo el lugar y comiendo hasta no poder más, lo cual me dio mucha alegría, pensé que no iban a comer tanto, pero para mi sorpresa comieron mucho.

The filling we chose was chicken and shredded beef, I supported a little in the elaboration plus the final touch was added by my mom who has a fabulous seasoning for food, and especially for these stews that take those who try them to those stews that my grandmother made in firewood for the whole family together enjoying golden and crispy empanadas.
That kind of moment is what we were looking to recreate even though there were many missing at home we decided to make this meal to remember those good times, we were all very satisfied with the empanadas with a rich seasoning, and we also made some cheese and garlic sauces with parsley, some over there added hot sauce, I only used a little drop because I am not a lover of spicy food 💁🏻
We had a very nice time, we were accompanied by my in-laws, my mother, jhoan and my girls, they were happy running all over the place and eating until they couldn't eat anymore, which gave me a lot of joy, I thought they were not going to eat so much, but to my surprise they ate a lot.
Yo me comí 3 empanadas 🫣 ¡eran grandísimas! jajaja hicimos una especie de ruleta rusa con empanadas, no sabíamos cuáles le tocaría a cada quien, a mí me tocó una de pollo y dos de carne mechada jajaja quería todas de pollo pero ¡¡¡wow!!! 😍 No me quejo ni me arrepiento porque estaban todas muy ricas, me transporte por un instante a esos momentos de compartir en familia en el campo con el olor a leña, estaban bien ricas y tostadas en su punto único de perfección.
Qué rico que la comida nos una aún más como familia y que sean esos aromas y sabores los protagonistas de buenos momentos, que perduran más allá del tiempo con la oportunidad de invocar los gustos y sazones.

I ate 3 empanadas 🫣 they were huge! hahaha we did a kind of Russian roulette with empanadas, we didn't know which one would be for each one, I had one chicken and two with shredded beef hahaha I wanted all chicken but wow! !! 😍 I have no complaints or regrets because they were all very tasty, I was transported for a moment to those moments of sharing with my family in the countryside with the smell of firewood, they were delicious and toasted to their unique point of perfection.
How nice that food unites us even more as a family and that those aromas and flavors are the protagonists of good moments, that last beyond time with the opportunity to invoke the tastes and flavors.
