
Dear food lovers, it's a pleasure to greet you. It's been a while since I've been in the kitchen; I haven't been feeling quite right, but as they say, you have to push your body, because giving up is no good, right?
Anyway, yesterday I wanted to make myself lunch, again, something simple, without many ingredients, easy to prepare. This time, I tried cooking chicken in a different way, adding new ingredients such as rosemary, which I had never used before. In fact, it was the first time I had tried it, and it certainly gives our food a different flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 chopped chicken
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Minced garlic
For the salad:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt to taste
- Small onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
Preparation:
First, chop the chicken into small pieces and season it. To do this, place the rosemary and oregano in a small bowl with a tablespoon of oil and pour it over the chicken.

Next, I added the other seasonings, such as paprika and a touch of turmeric, because it's good for me to consume as much of it as possible. I mixed everything together, and let's not forget the garlic, which also gives it a different and delicious flavor and aroma.


Now we can start cooking it. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the chicken, and leave it there, turning it over so that it browns on both sides.


To accompany our chicken, I decided to prepare this simple vegetable salad with avocado, tomato, and parsley, chopping everything into small pieces and then mixing them together.

Once our chicken is ready, we plate it up and enjoy our meal. As you can see in the photo, it looks delicious, and the salad is really good too. The chicken has that unique rosemary flavor, which I really liked. I'm always looking to eat and try something different. Maybe this is common for you, but for me it's new.😋

SPANISH VERSION
Amigos amantes del buen comer, un gusto saludarlos, hace un tiempo que no me meto en la cocina, no me he sentido del todo bien, pero como dicen por allí, hay que obligar al cuerpo, porque de nada sirve entregarnos verdad.
En fin, ayer quise prepararme mi almuerzo, de nuevo, sencillo, sin muchos ingredientes, fácil de preparar, en esta ocasión, intente cocinar el pollo de otro forma, agregándole ingredientes nuevos como el romero, el cual nunca lo había usado, de hecho primera vez que lo pruebo, sin duda le da un gusto diferente a nuestra comida.
Ingredientes:
- 1/2 Medio pollo picado
- 1 cucharada de aceite
- 1 cucharada de romero
- 1 cucharada de orégano
- 1 pizca de cúrcuma
- 1 cucharada de paprika
- ajo picado
Para la ensalada:
- 1/2 aguacate maduro
- 1 tomate
- 1 rama de perejil
- sal al gusto
- Small onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
Preparación:
Lo primero que hacemos es picar nuestro pollo, en pedazos pequeños, para empezar a condimentarlo, para ello, en un pequeño bolw, con una cucharada de aceite, agregue el romero, con el orégano, y se lo eche encima al pollo.

Seguidamente, le fui agregando los demás condimentos, como la paprika, un toque de cúrcuma, porque es bueno para mí, consumirla, lo más que pueda; fui mezclando todo, y no olvidemos el ajo, que también le da un saborcito y aroma diferente y delicioso.


Ya con esto, procedemos a cocinarlo, en un sartén previamente calentado con un toque de aceite, vamos a colocar nuestro pollo, y lo dejamos allí, mientras lo vamos volteando, para que se vaya dorando por ambos lados.


Para acompañar nuestro pollo, decidí preparar esta sencilla ensalada de vegetales, con aguacate, tomate y perejil, picando todo en pequeños pedazos, para luego así unirlos.

Una vez listo nuestro pollo, emplatamos, y degustar de nuestro menú, como ven en la foto, se ve rico, y la ensalada demasiado buena, el pollo quedo con ese sabor del romero, único, la verdad, me gusto mucho, siempre ando en búsqueda de comer y probar algo diferente, quizás para ustedes esto es común, pero para mí es nuevo.😋
