Good morning distinguished ladies and gentlemen.
I am here to narrate how i cooked my "Ripe plantain and beans" . First of all i made surethere was enough gas on my cylinder, i started to select my besns, that is sperating it from chaff and stones, then i washed and parboiled about 20minutes , then remove the water and rewashed the beans, i poured it back to the pot, added a clean water and set the cylinder again, cooked until the beans is tender.
So i now blended the onions, pepper, cray-fish and scent leaves.
I now wash and peel the ripe plantain and cut into small pieces, mix it together with beans.
I later added the sliced onions, blended pepper, Crayfish, 2 maggi cubes and salt etc, then added a little more water, so i now allowed to boil for 15minutes, i now added palm oil, spiçes and i added another extra maggi cube, and allowed to boil for another 7minutes, then added the chopped scent leave and a spoon of fried dried fish. I stirred gently and allowed to cook on low heat for 5minutes.
Finally i turned of the heat and my food to cool.
Then i enjoyed my MEAL.
