¡Saludos gente! El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes un nuevo lugar de café que conocí esta semana, se trata de Attalea.
Attalea es un nuevo café ubicado en el Centro Comercial La Vela, fue uno de los primeros cafés que abrieron en el área nueva Nivel Mar, es un lugar pequeño, con pocas mesas, pero muy acogedor y con muy buen servicio.
Amé sobre todo que los cafés son inmensos, porque, aquí entre nos, me da un poco de lástima esos minis cafés que ofrecen como Grandes en los otros lugares, cuando para mí son unos mini cafés 🥹.
Tienen una selección mucho más extensa de cafés, no son como otros lugares que son especialistas en postres o comidas saladas, aquí venden principalmente cafés fríos y calientes de muchas variedades, perdón que olvide tomar foto al menú, pero en verdad es bastante amplio, para la próxima les traigo el menú.
Yo esta vez me decidí por un Caramel Macchiato caliente, con leche deslactosada, el cual ¡me encantó! No necesité agregarle edulcorante extra, de verdad estaba perfecto, amé demasiado la presentación de los vasos y la espuma espectacular de la leche que era de suficiente cantidad.
Pedí de postre un Brownie, ya saben que tengo cierta adicción por ellos y debo decir que es el mejor que he probado hasta ahora, aunque creo que últimamente he dicho mucho eso, pero ¿qué les puedo decir? A medida que pruebo uno nuevo, me gusta más que los anteriores, no es mi culpa. 😅
Claro, este debo agregar que era un brownie especial, porque viene con la mitad del relleno de galleta, lo llamaron Brookie; se los juro que estaba de delirio, cremoso por dentro con las chispas de chocolate, lo blandito de la galleta y el sabor fuerte del chocolate combinado con la vainilla, "Sublime" diría yo, además lo puedes acompañar con helado, si así lo deseas.
Amé la decoración del lugar y que es algo pequeño, porque ya saben que soy asocial y me gustan los lugares pequeños, además todo se ve muy vintage y ese color turquesa con esas flores moradas me ha encantado siempre, la combinación es muy bonita, te da como una sensación hogareña y a la vez como si estuvieras en un jardín con esas flores cayendo en la ventana, las cuales amé demasiado, ahora necesito esas flores en mi casa 🥹.

Greetings people! Today I come to share with you a new coffee place that I met this week, it is Attalea.
Attalea is a new cafe located in the Centro Comercial La Vela, it was one of the first cafes that opened in the new area, it is a small place, with few tables, but very cozy and with very good service.
I especially loved that the coffees are huge, because, here between us, I feel a little sorry for those mini coffees that they offer as Bigs in the other places, when for me they are mini coffees 🥹.
They have a much more extensive selection of coffees, they are not like other places that specialize in desserts or savory foods, here they sell mainly hot and cold coffees of many varieties, sorry I forgot to take a picture of the menu, but it really is quite extensive, for next time I will bring you the menu.
This time I decided to have a hot Caramel Macchiato, with lactose free milk, which I loved! I didn't need to add any extra sweetener, it was really perfect, I loved the presentation of the glasses and the spectacular foam of the milk which was of sufficient quantity.
I ordered a Brownie for dessert, you know I have a certain addiction for them and I must say it's the best I've tried so far, although I think I've been saying that a lot lately, but what can I tell you? As I try a new one, I like it more than the previous ones, it's not my fault. 😅
Of course, I must add that this was a special brownie, because it comes with half of the cookie filling they call it Brookie; I swear it was delirious, creamy inside with chocolate chips, the softness of the cookie and the strong flavor of chocolate combined with vanilla, “Sublime ” I would say, plus you can accompany it with ice cream, if you wish.
I loved the decoration of the place and that it is somewhat small, because you know I am asocial and I like small places, plus everything looks very vintage and that turquoise color with those purple flowers has always enchanted me, the combination is very nice, it gives you like a homey feeling and at the same time as if you were in a garden with those flowers falling in the window, which I loved too much, now I need those flowers in my house 🥹.
