Greetings my dear friends of Hive. I hope you are doing very well and that you are spending wonderful days in the company of your loved ones. Those of you who are on vacation (like me), keep on enjoying and for those of you who are still working, keep on doing it with love and effort. For this day I want to share with you one of my favorite foods as a good Venezuelan as are the empanadas, today I bring you a delicious recipe for sausage empanadas, I particularly love it.
Ayer en la tarde estuve pensando que iba a cenar y se me ocurrió preparar para mí y mi familia esta comida que es fácil de hacer y rápido, utilizando lo que tenía en mi nevera elabore un delicioso plato. Todos quedaron complacidos me lo dijeron y lo pude notar en sus caras y barriguitas jajaja.
Yesterday afternoon I was thinking about what I was going to have for dinner and it occurred to me to prepare for me and my family this meal that is easy to make and quick, using what I had in my fridge I prepared a delicious dish. Everyone was very pleased and I could see it on their faces and tummies hahaha.

Para la preparación utilice harina de maíz, la mas popular en mi país, prepare la masa con agua y una pizca de sal, guise la salchicha con tomate, le agregue sal y un poco de pimienta, lo sofreí y quedo muy bien.
For the preparation I used corn flour, the most popular in my country, prepared the dough with water and a pinch of salt, cooked the sausage with tomato, added salt and a little pepper, fried it and it turned out very well.

Organice todo lo que iba a utilizar, aceite, paltos, cubierto, sartén, bolsa para extender, cucharilla y le pedí el favor a mi sobrina Victoria para que volteara las empanadas mientras yo las armaba. Hacer esta comida siempre nos permite compartir un rato agradable, en ocasiones mi hermana las hace y yo la ayudo a freírlas.
I organized everything that I was going to use, oil, paltos, cutlery, frying pan, bag to spread, spoon and I asked my niece Victoria to turn the empanadas while I was making them. Making this meal always allows us to share a nice time, sometimes my sister makes them and I help her fry them.

Hice 21 empanadas, para mi hermana, su esposo, hijos, mi mamá, mi hija y yo. Debo destacar mi cualidades culinarias, me gusta mucho cocinar, en esta oportunidad prepare algo súper sencillo, se trato también de compartir con mi familia, disfrutamos sentarnos a la mesa y darle gracias a Dios por los alimentos.
I made 21 empanadas for my sister, her husband, children, my mom, my daughter and me. I must highlight my culinary qualities, I really like to cook, this time I prepared something super simple, it was also about sharing with my family, we enjoyed sitting at the table and thanking God for the food.

Con mucho amor les muestro mi día a día, desde la intimidad de mi hogar, es que con ustedes me siento en casa, las fotos las tome desde mi teléfono celular, unas las tome yo y cuando comencé la preparación le pedí a mi sobrina que me ayudara porque ya tenía las manos ocupadas con todo lo que hacía.
With much love I show you my day to day, from the intimacy of my home, with you I feel at home, the photos were taken from my cell phone, some were taken by me and when I started the preparation I asked my niece to help me because I already had my hands busy with everything I was doing.

Los invito a prepararlas, son fáciles pues se utilizan pocos ingredientes, son divinas las mías quedaron crujientes y doraditas, bueno una más que otra quedo mas quemadita pero igual gusto, también son súper rápidas de hacer aunque si los ayudan será mucho más rápido, y a la final a todos les gustara.
I invite you to prepare them, they are easy because few ingredients are used, they are divine mine were crispy and golden brown, well one more than another was more burnt but still taste, they are also super fast to make but if you help them will be much faster, and in the end everyone will like it.
Gracias por leerme y llegar hasta aquí, imagino que les abrió el apetito al igual que a mí al volver estar fotos mientras hacia la publicación, prometo darles más receta pero con otros rellenos, existen infinidades de recetas, tantos dulces como saladas, fritas y también horneadas. Dios los bendiga y permita siempre proveer los alimentos para que en sus mesas nunca falte. Me complace enseñarles mis preparaciones de comida y si quieren me pueden sugerir cuales hacer. Cuídense muchisimo. Se les quiere.
