
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying delicious food. So today I am also here with my new yummy recipe that I cooked for dinner. This is also my entry for the Hive Top Chef competition and the topic is loads of garlic. So I used this ingredient in my recipe because it's the main ingredient. I cooked **Tikka Biryani with loads of garlic and more other spices. So let's cooked with me.
Ingredients
One kg chicken
Half kg yogurt
Half cup garlic paste
Two tablespoons garlic paste
Two tomatoes
Green chillies
Onions



Spices
Salt
Biryani masala
Turmeric
Red chilli
Dry grind coriander
Black pepper
Sabat garam masala
Lemon juice
Dry plum fruit
Tamarind
Process
First I took half kg yogurt in a bowl then added whole spices like salt biryani masala red chilli ginger garlic paste tomato slices green chillies garam masala sabat masala turmeric dry plum fruit tamarind lemon juice in the yogurt then mixed well. Then I added washed chicken in the masala yoghurt for marination.


I put marinated chicken in the fridge for half an hour. At the other side I took a krhai put oil and cut onions for frying. I fried till the colour change.

After half an hour I took out marinated chicken then added in the fry onions and covered with lid on dum for slow cooking.

After 10 to 15 minutes I opened and chicken gravy was ready. Such way of cooking gave the more taste.

Then I boiled one kg rice adding salt sabat masala lemon slices and cumin seeds.

Then I started to layers them chicken and boiled rice. At last layer of rice I spread yellow food colour and fresh green coriander. The put on dum under low flame.

After 5 minutes I opened and tasty Tikka Biryani with loads of garlic is ready for final look and enjoying.

When my mother used to cook for us, she would use a lot of garlic to add flavor to the chicken. The chicken you share in the recipe looks delicious. You have also combined citrus flavors, which is a novelty for me. Best regards.
