Making Meringue

in Hive Food2 years ago

I decided to do something relatively simple and sweet, so I decided to make meringues for the whole family.I guess every one of us at least once ate a meringue, whether on a cake or a cake, I decided to make large meringues and just make cookies out of them, adding various fruits.

ingredients

  1. Chicken egg whites - 6 pieces - 210 g
  2. sugar - 1.5 cups - 300 g
  3. lemon juice - 1 tablespoon - 6 g
  4. potato flour - 1 tablespoon - 25 g
  5. Table salt - a pinch

preparation

Beat the egg whites with a mixer, at the end of beating, gradually add sugar, potato flour, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Put the beaten egg whites on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, try to form a circle. Set the oven to 175 degrees, immediately after inserting the meringue, reduce it to 150 degrees and bake for 90 minutes.

Omg!!! The first look got me salivating. Fluffy-looking merengue. It is my first time hearing the name. Though I have never tasted it I had to stop my tongue from touching my phone's screen at the finished look.

I waltzed in from #dreemport and this is an awesome piece of art.

Se ve riquisimo. Quizá un día de estos lo intente. Gracias por compartir.

This meringue sure looks tasty though I haven't heard of the name meringue before now. I am glad to learn something new from you.
