Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add an egg and mix. Add small slices of red bell pepper and chopped onion. Place on the tortillas and add a little cheese. Roll up and place in the oven dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
