Hi hive food bloggers, do you like bread? Today I'm going to write about a garlic bread recipe that I love, it smells good, tastes savory and crunchy. Add delicious mozzarella and it's so good. For me, this is very suitable for breakfast if you are bored with bread and jam.
Ingredients:
White bread
1 tablespoon of margarine
2 cloves of garlic
parsley
mozzarella cheese (optional)
How to make:
- chopped garlics
- put margarine into the bowl
- add the chopped garlic into the bowl
- add parsley into the bowl
- mix until smooth
- cut the white bread into 2 parts formed into triangles or divided evenly according to taste
- spread the margarine mixture over the top and bottom bread.
- place the mozzarella pieces on top
- cover with other bread that has been spread too
- bake in the oven at a temperature of 150°C until the bread is dry and browned ( about 10 minutes )
- garlic bread is ready to serve
I love garlic bread but only when I use tuscaninan bread and not the sandwich usual bread by the way your dish looks yummy indeed.
It would be perfect as it's not too soft like regular sandwich bread but unfortunately it's not easy to find tuscanian bread here. Thank you so much for stopping by 😊
