Hello everyone.Today I share a simple video of dudpuli pitha.Bangladesh is the land of pithapuli.Bangladeshi pitha is a

part of our traditional cuisine.Pitha is

deeply intertwined with the cultural cycle of rural Bengal and various family celebrations.Especially in winter, there is a buzz of making pitha at home.

During this time, various types of pitha are made using fresh rice, date juice, jaggery, and coconut.

The variety of pithas in Bangladesh is truly amazing. There are many such pithas like bhapa pitha, chitai pitha, dudh pitha,

puli pitha, dudh puli pitha, ful pitha They are known by different names and delicious flavors in different

regions.Steamed pitha is basically made by steaming fresh rice flour and date

molasses. On the other hand, Puli Pitha can be eaten both sweet and savory, so we made Dudh Puli Pitha.Coconut milk and rice powder are required to make Dudh Puli Pitha. The batter used to make

Dudhkoli Pitha is made from coconut and fried with sesame seeds and various spices. Then, mix the rice with water and make a dough like bread, then cut it into rounds as you like. You can put filling inside that small bread and design it as you like. Then, after making all the cakes, we had previously strained the milk. Then, drop the pithas into the hot milk.Later, when the cakes are done, we will see that they float on top of the milk, which means the cakes are ready. Then we have to take the cakes out and let them rise nicely in the bowl.So our pithapool is ready.
