Hello food lovers I have shared a video one of part of my lunch.Todays video is about shrimp cooking.Shrimp is one of the most popular and delicious foods in Bangladesh. Shrimp can be found everywhere in rivers, canals, beels, and haors. Shrimp plays an important role not only in taste but also in nutrition and economy. Shrimp farming has become a major livelihood in the coastal areas of Bangladesh. Shrimp are of two types: freshwater shrimp and saltwater shrimp. Among freshwater shrimp, there are lobsters and domestic shrimp, and among saltwater shrimp, there is bagda shrimp, which is exported. Shrimp is rich in nutrients. The protein in it helps in building and strengthening the body. Shrimp also contains fatty acids, omega 3, etc., which help in bone formation. Cooking shrimp is a very easy process. First, peel the shrimp and cut off the tail. Then, add oil to the stove, add green chilies, onion, and stir well until the color turns brown. When the onion turns light brown, add some water, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and cumin powder. When it is cooked, I wanted some tomato paste here, then add the prawns and cook well for 5 to 10 minutes. When it is cooked, add some water and simmer for 10 minutes. This prawn curry can be eaten with any food, such as rice, pulao or khichdi. It is a very tasty dish and full of nutrition.I hope you will enjoy thw video.
