Divine flavors of "Verde Oliva"
I always remember that all my life I have been a fan of the "Caesar" salad, I love the freshness, the combination of flavors in it, the crunchiness that accompanies it and if it is served with chicken it becomes my favorite, in fact I remember when they wanted to conquer me, before having my daughter, they even took me to eat to another state unexpectedly in search of the perfect salad (you know it did work).
Right now, we are not in search of the perfect salad, but rather of exquisite flavors and a harmonious and delicate place. And in trying to find the perfect place we visited "Verde Oliva", this restaurant whose menu offers from a Caesar salad to the most elaborate dishes, it is undoubtedly a display of elegance in a pleasant atmosphere.
We loved the selection of dishes, we selected a chicken gratin accompanied with vegetables and mashed potatoes, grill for two people (meat, chicken, sausage, cheese and arepitas) and also a Caesar salad that I can say was divine, although the presentation is abundant when you start eating and you can not stop the experience. The truth is, the food was spectacular.
The restaurant is nice, it has a very delicate lighting, the bar at the back and the decorations make the place cozy and the service experience was great. We had the company of the Chef for a while since we were interested in celebrating an important event at the site, it is our first choice as a location, focused on the next birthday we want to do.
If I have to recommend a delicious meal for a family or couple plan, and they are in my city, without hesitation I will recommend to visit the guys from "Verde Oliva", I am sure you will be left with a good experience of the divine flavors of the restaurant and the kindness of being treated with care and affection.
Sabores divinos de “Verde Oliva”
Siempre recuerdo que toda la vida he sido fanática de la ensalada “Cesar”, me encanta la frescura, la combinación de los sabores en ella, lo crujiente que la acompaña y si está servida con pollo se convierte en mi favorita, de hecho recuerdo que cuando quisieron conquistarme, antes de tener a mi hija, hasta me llevaban a comer a otro estado de manera inesperada en búsqueda de la ensalada perfecta (ya saben que sí funcionó).
En este momento, no estamos en la búsqueda de la ensalada perfecta, más bien de exquisitos sabores y de un lugar armonioso y delicado. Y en este intentar encontrar el lugar perfecto visitamos “Verde Oliva”, este restaurante cuyo menú ofrece desde una ensalada cesar hasta los platillos más elaborados, es sin duda un despliegue de elegancia en un ambiente ameno.
Nos encantó la selección de platillos, seleccionamos un pollo gratinado acompañado con vegetales y puré de papas, parrilla para dos personas (carne, pollo, chorizo, queso y arepitas) y además una ensalada cesar que puedo decir quedó divina, aunque la presentación es abundante al comenzar a comer ya no se puede detener la experiencia. La verdad, la comida estuvo espectacular.
El restaurante es lindo, tiene una iluminación muy delicada, la barra al fondo y las decoraciones hacen que el sitio sea acogedor y además la experiencia de la atención fue estupenda. Tuvimos la compañía del Chef un rato ya que estuvimos interesados en celebrar un evento importante en el sitio, es nuestra primera opción como locación, enfocados al próximo cumpleaños que queremos realizar.
Si debo recomendar una rica comida para un plan familiar o de pareja, y están en mi ciudad, sin dudar recomendaré visitar a los chicos de “Verde Oliva”, estoy segura que quedarán con una buena experiencia de los sabores divinos del restaurante y de la amabilidad de ser tratado con cuidado y cariño.

Todo se ve muy apetitoso. Y esa ensalada César con ese aderezo encima se ve potente. Qué bueno que no olvidaron las fotos bonitas en esas ocasiones en familia. Creo que son importantes. Saludos @slwzl
