Winter is always a great time for a food lover like me. Whether I am in Bangladesh or in China, I love the food diversity in both cultures. However, China is a country where you can find unlimited recipes and dishes in various restaurants based on different provinces.
As I live in the capital, I can get them all around the year but as a Muslim I have to deduct almost half of the dishes related to pork and non-halal meats everywhere except the halal restaurants based in the Xinjiang and Gansu provinces.

The spicy oil with the tiny dumpling creates an amazing explosion in your mouth to feel the taste of this amazing food from China!

The most common halal restaurants are called Lao Ma in the native language here, and I have access to dozens of such restaurants near my Institute dormitory, where I am living for the time being. I used to go there because I can enjoy all the dishes there as they don't use any pork-related dishes and ensure the meats are halal standard that makes it the first choice for Muslims f China. But it is also true that these restaurants are more popular than other restaurants for the local people also irrespective of Muslim in my ovservation.
Dumplings are one of my favourite foods in China, which is a kind of steamed food and often boiled in water that contains vegetables, and many kinds of meat covered with a thin layer of flour-made dough to protect the inner from spreading out. Also, it becomes super soft with the steamed or boiled version due to the raw materials that is not frid like other foods in Indian subcontinent including the Singara, or Samosa which are very popular in the street there.

The taste is remains authentic unless you use some heavily processed meats for your tatse bar, but I prefer the authentic one with shredded meat with some vegtables and seasoning, which remains very light just like adding some salts or herbs, and they are steamed or boiled. Finally they are served with the vinegar sauce with some green onion and chopped coriander or you can make your one. For the spicy lover they have the heavily oil-packed chili sauce with the vinegar and the other herbs which one I have chosen. The photo shows the reality of the beauty and the taste, I really like the fusion of the raw taste of the dumplings with this smooth oily chilly vonegar sauce making it the best that I can serve myself in the winter dinenr.

Besides the delicious dumpling I also ordered some other items, including a variety of barbecue, the first one I had chose my favourite a kinf of meat samosa with with the meat from ram most of the time. Then I have inclused some vegetables, tofu, and fish barbeque that are my favorite here in the Halal restaurants. All of these barbeque was quite delicious here in my previous experiences, so I ordered a lot which I like to eat. Though there are more category which are based one meats which I was not willing to eat that time. Indeed I love the meats from the samosa with the fresh taste and also from the dumplings.

Most of them are prepared with fresh ingredients with a tons of Chines e spice mix that are not so spicey nut make them very delicious and I love to consume them. It is after a month I have visited the Halal restaurant for dinenr and so I have spent a good amount for my whole day dinner on weekends. I have spent 42 RMB that is equal to 6 USD for these so many foods which is unimaginable in western world. It was more than enough to fill me and I can assuere any foodie guy will be full with this amount of foods for a dinner without any sopace in the stomach.

I hope you like my photos of the beautiful photos of the delicious foods from the Halal restaurants I have recently visited for my dinner and my experience there with the taste of them. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them as much as I can afford.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wishing you a good day!
I took all the photos, and these are my own property.

Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
Wow, It's amazing that you can eat so much for just $6!
I thought halal food would be healthy!
By the way, In East Asia, including China, pigs are a symbol of wealth and happiness! Therefore, East Asians enjoy pork!
I've never had lamb before so I'm curious about what it tastes like!
Is lamb a common ingredient in halal food?
I think lamb meat is very common is very common in.east Asia. It is halal as itvis a domestic animal like the goat which also halal. Yeah, foods are so cheap here compared to many countries.
I've heard its name but never tasted it, maybe it's delicious. How's it
Yeah, it is very delicious for me and I have seen most of the foreigners like them, so I think you will also love them.
I would taste it but it is very rare on my side and there is only one or two places where it is found
Oh no! It is not so convenient there and the price might be higher. Maybe you can check some YouTube videos to prepare it at home to try an then decide whether you like the taste or not.
