Hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de pan de Coco relleno, los panes de coco son los preferidos de muchos, esto lo aprendi en mi curso de panes en cual estamos llegando al final del mismo solo quedan dos clases, y ha sido una grata experiencia para mi no solo por lo aprendido sino por las personas que he conocido.

Este tipo de pan es muy suave y dulce, además porque va relleno y esto hace que sea más dulce, en realidad para mi esta porciones que hicimos son muy grandes y no me la comería toda, la prefiero en porciones pequeñas, pero a mi esposo que es más dulcero si por el fuera se las come más grandes, le encanto este pan, así que paso a explicarles un poco del paso a paso.

This type of bread is very soft and sweet, also because it is filled and this makes it sweeter, actually for me this portions that we made are very large and I would not eat it all, I prefer small portions, but my husband who is more sweet if he were to eat them bigger, he loved this bread, so I will explain a little of the step by step.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 Tazas de Leche de coco
  • 1 dedo de levadura
  • 1 Tza de azúcar (masa)
  • 1 Taza de azúcar para el melado
  • 1/2 taza de coco deshidratado
  • 1 Cucharadita de esencia de coco
  • 1 1/2 kilómetros harina de trigo sin leudante.
  • 3 Huevos
  • 1 Cucharada de Sal
  • Color amarillo vegetal
  • Esencia de coco

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 finger of yeast
  • 1 cup of sugar (dough)
  • 1 cup sugar for the molasses
  • 1/2 cup of dehydrated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut essence
  • 1 1/2 kilometers of wheat flour without leavening agent.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Yellow vegetable color
  • Coconut essence

Lo primero que hizo la brigada de trabajo fue separar los ingredientes, luego comenzaron a trabajar de la siguiente manera, se colocó la la leche tibia, huevos, levadura, azúcar, 1 1/2 taza de coco, la esencia, colorante se unió todo y al final el harina y la sal. Dejamos para agregar la manteca cuando amasemos.

Después vamos incorporando y vamos mezclando hasta lograr una pasta suave y homogénea que no se pegue de las manos y del mesón.

The first thing the work brigade did was to separate the ingredients, then they began to work in the following way, we put the margarine, sugar, eggs and milk in a bowl and began to beat vigorously for about 2 minutes, to this mixture we add the bread dough and let it ferment for about 15 minutes.

Then we are going to add the rest of the ingredients which is the flour, we incorporate and mix until we get a smooth and homogeneous paste that does not stick to the hands and the counter.

Después vamos a agregar el resto de los ingredientes que es la harina, vamos incorporando y vamos mezclando hasta lograr una pasta suave y homogénea que no se pegue de las manos y del mesón.

Then we are going to add the rest of the ingredients which is the flour, we are going to incorporate and mix until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste that does not stick to the hands and the countertop.

Con esta masa vamos a formar unas bolas y boleamos, luego aplanamos un poco de forma alargada, y vamos hacer nuestro relleno para untar.

With this dough we are going to form some balls and roll them, then flatten them a little bit in an elongated shape, and we are going to make our filling to spread.

Para hacer el melado mezclamos 1 taza de azúcar, 1 Cucharadita de canela, 1/4 de leche de coco y 1 y 1/2 taza de coco deshidratado, unimos todo y llevamos al fuego hasta que tome un color brilloso.

To make the melado, mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of coconut milk and 1 and 1/2 cup of dehydrated coconut, mix everything together and heat until it takes a shiny color.

Ahora agregamos el melado, y doblamos la masa para luego enrrollar y formar una pequeña flor, aunque cuando los panes se hicieron solo parecían redondos.

Le aplicamos yema de huevo por encima y rociamos con coco, llevamos al horno hasta que doren.

Now we add the melado, and fold the dough and then roll it up to form a small flower, although when the loaves were made they only looked round.

Apply egg yolk on top and sprinkle with coconut and bake in the oven until golden brown.
