Una de las cosas mejores de la vida es comer y uno de los platos que desde niños nuestros padres nos cocinaban por lo menos en casa era un delicioso "Arroz con Pollo", y es que este plato es de esos que cuando uno salía de viaje allí siempre se llevaba el arroz con pollo para comer por el camino, porque es un plato que hasta frío es sabroso.

Esta es una receta sencilla, que puede ser realizada en poco tiempo, lo necesario en la cocina es hacerlo con amor y sazón, aquí en casa a todos nos encanta el arroz con pollo es de esas recetas que no pueden faltar y es un delicioso almuerzo sin duda alguna.

Ingredientes:

  • 3 Tazas de arrroz
  • 2 Milanesas de pollo
  • Sal al Gusto
  • Mostaza
  • Salsa de soya
  • 1 Cebolla
  • 5 Dientes de ajo
  • Pimentón
  • Aceite Onotado
  • Cebollin

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of rice
  • 2 chicken milanesas
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic

Lo primero que haremos será sazonar un poco nuestra milanesa y vamos a cortarla en cuadros.

Vamos a colocar en un tazón Mostaza y vamos agregar nuestro pollo, vamos a revolver muy bien.

También agregaremos Salsa de soja y así marinamos un poco, dejamos reposar unos 20 minutos.

Vamos luego a llevar nuestro pollo a freír en aceite onotado bien caliente, hasta que queden un poco dorados.

Cortaremos ahora la cebolla, el Pimentón y también agregamos cebollino en cuadros pequeños, por último los ajos machacados.

Después de sacar el pollo, vamos a sofreír muy bien las cebollas, el Pimentón el cebollin en rama y el ajo.

Después de sofreír los aliños, vamos a colocar nuevamente el pollo, luego el arroz y revolvemos todo muy bien.

Por último agregamos el agua y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que seque, en el agua agregamos la sal al gusto, y al estar listo servimos y buen provecho.
