Hello everyone this is zihad from Dhaka . Hope everybody is doing well. So let's start today the story of the 2nd traditional food. Today I will present to you a review of Plum pickle recipe. I will show you step by step how to make this Plum pickle.

Raisins are made by drying grapes. Raisins are a healthy food. Let's share with you how to make raisin chutney. First we will take a few types of spices like quantity such as shikna pepper, cardamom, gol moris, salt, soybean oil, nutmeg, jaflong all together for a while. Then add raisins and sugar to taste. Then after burning for 30 minutes, it will become a chutney.

Instructions:

Put a clean pan in the gas and add mustard oil.

When the oil is very hot, add bay leaves, five forks and dried chillies one by one.

When the fork is a little reddish, you have to leave the cut mangoes.

Fry the mangoes for about 1 minute with salt and turmeric in it and fry the mangoes for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then boil for 1-2 minutes with 1 cup of water.

Now add 4-5 teaspoons of sugar and let it boil for a while.

In this case salt and sweet can be tasted and given as required.

The juice will thicken as it boils. The sauce can be thickened or thinned as desired.

After about 5-6 minutes the gas should be turned off. Before unloading, spread one tablespoon of fried spices.

I will cut the mango into small pieces as per my choice.

I will boil the mangoes with salt in a pan.
Do not give water, you have to shake it repeatedly while cooking.

Now I will shake it again and again with sugar. As if it does not stick down. After giving sugar, water will come out.
I will cook some time.

I will shake it with dried chilli fried powder and five ford fried powder. When the water dries, I will turn off the stove.

Fun mango chutney can be made in a very short time.

300 g of dried kul or plum, 3 cups of thick tamarind starch, 3 cups of water, 3 cups of sugarcane molasses, 1 cup of salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of chutney spice, 3 cups of mustard oil, 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. . .Peel a squash, grate it and soak it in water overnight. The next day, remove the water, wash the plums well and drain the water .

The first thing we need to do to create a plum quota achar. The big ones should be washed well then the big ones should be removed. Then the big ones are dried in the sun for 5 to 7 days. Then you have to cook with the above ingredients .

Juicy olive pickleWhat you need: 1 kg of olives, 2 pieces of bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of panchforan, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, salt, sugar to taste, half a cup of native garlic cells, whole dried pepper 5 / 6 pieces, mustard oil 1 cup, mustard paste 2 tablespoons, vinegar 2 .Table spoon, half a teaspoon of sodium benzoate.How to do: Boil olives in boiling water for 2/3 minutes. Then apply salt and turmeric and dry in the sun for some time. In a bowl, make a paste with turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, salt, sugar, mustard paste, vinegar. Boil dried chillies and garlic in a pan with mustard oil. Then lightly fry with spice paste. Stir in the olives. Before lowering, lower the heat of the oven and shake with sodium benzoate. Juicy olive pickle or olive pickle was made.
