It can be affordable if you can find the right builder. Mine would have been cheaper if I was in the US as there were costs in getting it to the UK, but I consider it good value.
You are right my friend, though I only can ask guitar builders in Iran to do that for me, I only could change color of my guitar once. But I like to do more than that in furure :)
