The way I see it, pastors speak for their communities; they represent them in more than one way. Unless all his followers desert him, his behavior means there are people supporting him, wanting to do the same and willing to pay the price.
It would be interesting to see how many followers of these rebel churches (we have seen so many similar cases) go to doctors/physicians or ERs when they have medical emergencies. Because the way I see it, if you trust your god so much to ignore the coronavirus quarantine, and all the scientific warnings, then you should never appeal to scientific help of any kind, especially healthcare. God should take care of it all

This one happens a lot here in Nigeria. It's kind of funny to see a Minister of God jumping off the fence.

This is total doggedness and impunity on the part of the pastor, $5000 could have been used to feed his members maybe offline the church services. And he's going back again after being bailed on misdemeanor charges? That's outrightly crazy. This is Christianity it's total stupidity. Adhere to the laws of the land for once.

It is not because you are a pastor that you have the right to break the law. In addition, he is a repeat offender. The church doesn't have a lot of money and this pastor allows itself to break the law and be fined. It's scandalous.

I never could have imagined that I would have said that one day: The pastor sinned lol. For the almond, I hope he paid for it with his money and not that of the Church. His almond was deserved.

Tony Spell kills me, he keeps his toilet paper on lock and key 🔐

It is inadmissible because they paid a bond of $ 5,000 just to have him go to mass one night. I hope the church will no longer complain about being short of money.

He deserves punishment according to the law.
