Hi Alex,
Aww, sounds like you're going through a rough time! On a spiritual level-- gratitude for what you do have. Spending every moment you can reminding yourself of the positive-- perhaps a beautiful day outside, your health, the ability to write this comment. As you know, like attracts like.

Quitting smoking is a two-fold experience. On a physiological level, ginseng is said to stop the nicotine-induced dopamine rush you get from cigarettes.

I believe in the power of EFT (tapping) and creating habits and connections in replacement for where smoking used to take place. Hypnotherapy (recorded sessions on Youtube), eating something healthy like a banana or a celery stick in place of where you once looked to get that rush.

Freud brought up the fact that many of us have wounds from childhood that cause us to seek the oral sensory associated with smoking/having something in the mouth. That is why reprogramming the mind via meditation or hypnosis is so helpful to release the addictive tendencies.

I hope this helps! Stay in high spirits, know that when you are vibrating in hope/health/happiness more of that will come to you! <3
