Of course the follower base is (acting) different(ly) on differently designed platforms. In one of my talks I was calling it "different souls of oneself". Crypto Communities have this indie spirit of #fightforfreedom.
I was interacting so much on Steemit over years in hope of business back then and I really got desperate that this trust in business coop which one is able to build on face to face in real life very often just could not evolve but as you said everyone is at home now and maybe this thinking will take a positive shift in our distant societies now
Hope so. I think it's a great opportunity for people to work on their business and themselves. But sadly a lot will still scroll through Instagram and Twitter instead of building.
