deaths per 1M pop in USA is still 214 while sweden its 283. i think thats quite a difference.
trump was a bit late though to respond on the virus to be fair. I feel like he could have seen spain how corona virus denial worked out for them. spanish response to corona virus was very much like trump just a bit shifted earlier in time.
