Hola amigos. Espero que estén bien, ya empieza el fin de semana y hay que aprovecharlo al máximo. Hoy es un día muy especial, es el día del educador. Es el día de aquellos que entregan su vida a preparar el camino de un grupo de estudiantes.
Ser profesor es una ardua tarea, no lo vivo en carne propia pero lo llevo de cerca. Mi suegro y mi cuñada son profesores en la Universidad de Artemisa, en la facultad de Cultura Fisica. Él da clases de ajedrez y ella es profesora de morfología. Cada día puedo ver cómo preparan sus clases y buscan medios para que sus clases sean lo más asequibles posible.
En mis estudios tenemos que prepararnos ya que también seremos futuros profesores. En las clases de pedagogía tuvimos que aprendernos ciertos principios que acompañan a todo profesor. Entre esos principios está uno que me llama mucho la atención y me gusta, y es el de asequibilidad e individualización. Hay otros que hablan sobre, educar e instruir, que no son lo mismo. Uno se encarga de enseñar la materia que deben dominar, pero el otro es enseñar valores. Está otro de la cientificidad, que es unir la ciencia, o diferentes conocimientos con lo que se enseña, o sea, logra integralidad en los conocimientos. Y hay muchos que la verdad son de base y guía para un educador.
El principio que les comenté, que me causa cierto interés, es porque me hace recordar en la primaria, cuando un día la profesora estaba explicando algo lo cual no recuerdo bien. Y uno de nuestros compañeros cómo que aún no entendía el contenido. Los demás al saber lo que teníamos que hacer pues ella puso ejercicios y se sentó junto con el estudiante que no captaba y pues le explicaba de forma individual. Luego ese estudiante nos superó en ese contenido. Recuerdo que era algo de matemáticas.
Eso me hace pensar en el esfuerzo y dedicación que tiene un profesor. Eso se trata de vocación, de saber tener tacto. Trabajar con diferentes formas de pensar, diferentes caracteres y personalidades, y que a cada uno le llegue el contenido de una forma que le sirva para toda la vida. Es cómo los segundos padres, ya que se encargan de formar valores y conocimientos.
Hay que tener en cuenta que los principales educadores son los padres. Son los que nos enseñan principios morales,éticos, de salud, de educación entre otros. En la escuela los profesores sólo se encargan de preparar el futuro como profesionales
Tengo un profesor el cual admiro mucho, es un hombre de mucha experiencia. Soy su alumna ayudante en morfología. Es un señor mayor, que el dónde sea que llega brinda un ambiente alegre. Es muy educado, respetuoso, muy humilde, sencillo y sincero. Su forma de impartir clases es súper entretenida. Une lo que nos enseña con la vida práctica. Siempre tiene una respuesta para cada pregunta. La verdad como persona y como profesor es digno de admirar. El me ha ayudado en mi preparación como futura profesional y educadora.
El maestro que forma, transforma, inspira, motiva y conmueve. ¿Su secreto? Vocación con pasión y convicción. Mis mayores felicidades a todos esos educadores, y gracias por compartir sus concimeientos y por su gran trabajo y linda tarea.

My father-in-law and my sister-in-law are professors at the University of Artemisa, in the Faculty of Physical Culture. He teaches chess and she teaches morphology. In my studies we have to prepare ourselves since we will also be future teachers. In pedagogy classes we had to learn certain principles that accompany every teacher. Among those principles is one that really catches my attention and that I like, and that is the principle of accessibility and individualization. There are others that talk about educating and instructing, which are not the same thing. One is about teaching the subject matter that they must master, but the other is about teaching values. There is another one about scientificity, which is to unite science, or different knowledge with what is taught, that is, to achieve integrality in knowledge. And there are many others that really are the basis and guide for an educator.
The principle that I mentioned, which causes me some interest, is because it reminds me of elementary school, when one day the teacher was explaining something that I do not remember well. And one of our classmates didn't understand the content. When the rest of us knew what we had to do, she put exercises and sat down with the student who did not understand and explained it to him individually. Then that student surpassed us in that content. I remember it was something about mathematics.
That makes me think about the effort and dedication that a teacher has. That is about vocation, about knowing how to be tactful. Working with different ways of thinking, different characters and personalities, and that each one gets the content in a way that will serve them for life. It is like second parents, since they are in charge of forming values and knowledge.
It must be taken into account that the main educators are the parents. They are the ones who teach us moral, ethical, health and education principles, among others. At school, teachers are only in charge of preparing the future as professionals.
I have a teacher whom I admire very much, he is a very experienced man. I am his student assistant in morphology. He is an older man, who wherever he comes from provides a cheerful atmosphere. He is very polite, respectful, very humble, simple and sincere. His way of teaching is very entertaining. He connects what he teaches us with practical life. He always has an answer for every question. The truth as a person and as a teacher is to be admired. He has helped me in my preparation as a future professional and educator.
