Muy buenas tardes querida comunidad de Hive Cuba, hoy les traigo el evento efectuado hace unos días con los jóvenes del centro, en mi caso como coordinador y jefe de proyecto de una de las ramas de los yacimentistas en la geología; se nos dio la oportunidad de confeccionar nuestro taller, para no solo hablar de ciencia y geología, también escuchar todas las opiniones de todos los jóvenes del centro junto a los miembros de nuestro consejo de dirección y al culminar el evento, compartir y pasar un rato súper agradable entre todos.
Hive Cuba community , today I bring you the event held a few days ago with the young people of the center, in my case as coordinator and project leader of one of the branches of reservoir scientists in geology; We were given the opportunity to prepare our workshop, to not only talk about science and geology, but also to listen to all the opinions of all the young people of the center together with the members of our board of directors and at the end of the event, share and have some time super nice to everyone.
Al taller le daría inicio el jefe de proyecto de la Cartografía Geoquímica, organizador principal, uno de nuestros grandes pilares jóvenes del centro, explicando cómo avanzaría la actividad, todas las ponencias y cuando se efectuarían los espacios de debate y la culminación del mismo en la primera parte.
The workshop would be started by the project manager of Geochemical Cartography, main organizer, one of our great young pillars of the center, explaining how the activity would advance, all the presentations and when the debate spaces and its culmination would take place in the first part.
Durante el transcurso de nuestro espacio científico, cada joven del área de Yacimientos, de la dirección de Prospección, expuso en lo que actualmente está trabajando, como le va a cada uno en la etapa que trabaja y sus sugerencias para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en el centro.
During the course of our scientific space, each young person from the Deposits area, from the Prospecting department, explained what they are currently working on, how each one is doing in the stage they are working on and their suggestions to improve working conditions in center.
Seguidamente toman la palabra algunos de los directores de área del centro, que forman parte del consejo de dirección, como son el jefe de las oficinas de gestión del conocimiento Manuel Antonio (@tonyes), aclarando junto a nuestro web-master @nony, todas las variantes y la meta del centro con los jóvenes y su aporte a la geología como ciencia.
Next, some of the area directors of the center, who are part of the board of directors, take the floor, such as the head of the knowledge management offices Manuel Antonio (@ tonyes ), clarifying together with our web-master @ nony , all the variants and goal of the center with young people and its contribution to geology as a science.
Culminando la actividad de manera formal, entraría la segunda parte del taller con los jóvenes, un espacio recreativo para despejar, debatir, relajar y sentirse como en familia con buenos compañeros de trabajo.
Completing the activity formally, the second part of the workshop with the young people would enter, a recreational space to clear their head, debate, relax and feel like family with good co-workers.
