Nací un 20 de noviembre de 1997, en Centro Habana, por la calle Concordia. En una bellísima casa colonial, heredada de mis bisabuelos. En ella me crie con mi bisabuela, mi abuela materna, mis padres y mi hermano.
Desde muy pequeño, siempre me encanto jugar con mis amigos, pero solo lo podía hacer desde la escuela, debido a que la sociedad donde se manifestaba mi local de residencia estaba coloreada con matices de todo un poco, ambiente no apto para un niño como yo, lo cual me hizo crecer con el mejor regalo de mi vida, un balón de futbol.

Empecé a jugar futbol a los 8 años, deporte del cual me enamoré al verlo junto a mi viejo desde chico; el futbol lo es todo para mí, me crie con él y gracias a él, he aprendido lo que significa ser humilde, tener valores y ser un joven con responsabilidades.
Para el año 2008, mi viejo me regala para mi cumpleaños una alcancía del Manchester United junto con una camiseta de Wayne Rooney, su número 10 y una camiseta de la Selección Inglesa de Futbol, desde ese día, son mi club y mi selección, con ellos hasta el final.

Ya para el año 2009, entro en la Secundaria Básica, donde empieza a nacer ese amor por la ciencia y el deporte, ambas ramas llenaban todos los espacios vacíos que la alegría de un joven muchacho fanático al futbol no sabía expresar. Brota ese deseo de conocer más sobre la historia del deporte más hermoso del mundo, ligado a crecer y superarme académicamente. Cursando el Pre – Universitario, comencé a hacer muchos más amigos que tenían gustos parecidos a los míos, actualmente, amigos para toda la vida, donde el futbol, la música y los buenos momentos nos unían como hermanos. Pero nuestros caminos se iban a separar debido a que despertó un interés en mi por las ciencias que estudian la tierra, interés el cual me hizo optar por la carrera de Geología, la cual se estudia en la Universidad de Pinar del Río.

While studying Pre-University, I began to make many more friends who had similar tastes to mine, currently, friends for life, where soccer, music and good times united us like brothers. But our paths were going to separate because it sparked an interest in me in the sciences that study the earth, an interest that made me opt for a degree in Geology, which is studied at the University of Pinar del Río.

Como la gran mayoría sabe, la vida universitaria es la mejor etapa como joven que puedas tener en tu vida, entonces al otorgarme la carrera, entrar en una facultad de Ciencias Técnicas y convertirme en geólogo, era todo un reto. Como todo en la vida, siempre hay sus buenos momentos y malos momentos, ya que los 1ros años de la carrera fueron difíciles, pero mi título era más que mío, mi título era para mi familia, los cuales se sacrificaron por mí, los que siempre me han apoyado, no podía fallar, por ellos, lo que hiciera falta.
Pero que sería de la vida sin tus amigos, tus compañeros de cuarto, tus hermanos de causa, los que han pasado los mismos trabajos que uno en esa Universidad, en esa beca tan hermosa donde de verdad se forma un ingeniero, gracias a ellos, todo fue mucho más fácil y divertido.

Después de 7 años, 7 duros años marcados por la pandemia del COVID 19, logré mi título de Ingeniero Geólogo y le di a mi familia el mayor orgullo de todos, ver a un hijo, hermano, sobrino y nieto graduarse.

Después de alcanzar la tan buscada meta, comenzaba mi recorrido por mi vida laboral, era tiempo de ser profesional en la geología, profesión la cual la ejerzo en el Instituto de Geología y Paleontología (Servicio Geológico de Cuba), el IGP (SGC), en donde soy adiestrado debido a que soy recién graduado, ya llevo un año y dos meses en el centro, dentro de la Sección de Prospección, en el Departamento de Yacimientos Minerales, con unos magníficos compañeros de trabajo. Cada día me apasiona más mi trabajo y gano en conocimiento, mis compañeros me han tomado mucho cariño y me han comenzado a dar muchas más responsabilidades, llegando a ser el jefe de proyecto más joven de mi departamento y darles terminación a dos de los proyectos más fundamentales sobre la búsqueda de materia prima para el país.
