Hola amigos de Hive, mi nombre es Leydel Álvarez Quintana y es un placer para mi presentarme ante ustedes. Nací el 3 de septiembre de 1999 en un pueblito de la provincia de Sancti Spíritus llamado Jíquima de Peláez en Cuba. Actualmente tengo 24 años y estoy finalizando mis estudios de licenciatura en Cultura Física en el Centro Universitario Municipal "José Martí" A los 11 años de edad mi vida dio un cambio brusco ya que me dió una parálisis cerebral infantil que me afectó el lado derecho del cuerpo y principalmente las piernas, debido a eso pasé por una etapa de cambios, tratamientos y fisioterapia que me permitieron regresar a la escuela luego de un año.
A los 18 años mi papá falleció y mi vida volvió a dar un cambio brusco, me gradué de bachiller 4 meses despues, empecé a trabajar en la misma escuela donde cursé mis estudios de secundaria, como profesor de Informática. Me inicié en el deporte para discapacitados y debido a mis resultados deportivos obtenidos ese año a nivel nacional me dieron acceso a la carrera sin necesidad de hacer pruebas de ingreso.
Hoy día soy Subdirector de Formación Laboral en dicha escuela y tengo un gran amor por mi trabajo y mis estudiantes con los cuales a parte de una relación profesional tengo una amistad muy bonita e incluso con muchos de ellos tengo un vínculo muy fuerte en una de mis más grandes pasiones, los videojuegos online en los cuales he compartido innumerables horas de juego. Dado a que uno de mis sueños es que mis estudiantes no sólo me recuerden como su profesor, sino a que me tengan presente en sus vidas y me recuerden como un amigo en el que pueden apoyarse en todo momento.
Me encanta el arte de los tatuajes y en el 2021 inicié en este mundo como tatuador amateur gracias a dos grandes amigos maestros del tatuaje que me ayudaron y me enseñaron todo lo que sé referido a este hermoso arte, primero practicando dibujo y luego pasé a la piel autotatuandome y tatuando a amigos, pero debido a mi trabajo y los estudios de la universidad no pude seguir en este precioso mundo.
También estuve escribiendo durante un tiempo y publicando en una plataforma llamada Wattpad una historia de misterios, acción y crimen organizado llamada "Honor wounded" que aún está incompleta y que estuvo más de 3 meses en la posición número uno de su categoría en dicha plataforma
Sin embargo mi gran pasión es hacer amigos en todas partes y ganarme un lugar en la vida de las personas, demostrándole a todos que a pesar de las dificultades y situaciones que te imponga la vida siempre va a aparecer un rayito de luz en medio de todo el caos, del mal tiempo y de tanta tempestad.
Así que quiero dar las gracias a mis amigos @luisdey, @leisasa, @adrian-shot por hablarme de esta maravillosa comunidad en especial a @thorkellnft por enseñarme todo lo necesario para empezar aquí y apoyarme en todo momento, también darle gracias a todos por hablarme de las personas buenas y talentosas que hay aquí, vengo muy motivado y con ganas de aprender y contribuir a este maravilloso ecosistema de Hive. Voy a dar siempre lo mejor de mi y tratar de ayudar a todo el que necesite de mi, para juntos, enfrentar todos los retos y desafíos, transitar todo el camino que nos queda por delante y principalmente disfrutar de todas las experiencias que me brinde este maravilloso ecosistema. Estoy muy emocionado y feliz por estar aquí, tengo muchas ganas de aprender de todos ustedes, de hacer muchos amigos y espero poder ayudar y contribuir con mis conocimientos y experiencias de vida, así como apoyar en sus proyectos a todo el que me necesite. Mis planes en Hive son compartir con todos, mis talentos y pasiones como lo son, la escritura, los videojuegos, gameplays, fotografías y sobretodo experiencias de vida. Hello friends from Hive, my name is Leydel Álvarez Quintana, and it's a pleasure for me to introduce myself to you. Around that time, I also began participating in para-sports, and my achievements at the national level granted me access to the university program without the need for entrance exams.
Presently, I hold the position of Subdirector of Formación Laboral (Vocational Training) at the same school. I have a deep passion for my work and a strong bond with my students. Beyond a professional relationship, I strive to be a friend to them. One of my dreams is that they remember me not only as their teacher but as someone they can rely on in all aspects of life.
Aside from my professional life, I'm an avid enthusiast of online video games. I've spent countless hours gaming with my students, forging strong friendships through this shared passion. Building lasting connections is important to me, and I aspire to be a positive influence in the lives of those around me. In 2021, I delved into the world of tattoo artistry, guided by two friends who are experienced tattoo artists. Despite my limited time due to work and university studies, I began practicing drawing and even ventured into amateur tattooing, both on myself and friends.
Additionally, I explored my creativity through writing and shared a story titled "Honor Wounded" on Wattpad. This mystery, action, and organized crime narrative held the top position in its category on the platform for over three months, although it remains incomplete.
My greatest passion lies in making friends from all walks of life and leaving a positive impact. I believe that despite life's challenges, a ray of light can always emerge amid chaos and storms.
