La piña, aunque ahora justo me entero que también conocen por ¨ananᨠen algunos países; es abundante en vitaminas A, B y C, yodo y potasio además su consistencia es un 85% de agua con hidratos de carbono y fibra, y brinda grandes beneficios nutricionales como mejorar la digestión, disminuir la presión arterial y aliviar dolores de articulares, por lo que es común verla como ingrediente en dietas de adelgazamiento.
Un ejemplo es el que usé hoy en mi desayuno, jugo de piña con plátano, que bueno, también como la piña tiene muchos nombres 😅👌. Volviendo al tema, este rico par junto con unas cucharaditas de azúcar, agua bien fría y unos hielitos sin duda a parte de su valor nutricional también es esquicito 🍌😋🍍.

El sabor de esta es diferente ya que en lugar de resaltar el dulzor en este caso se sienten más el picante y gaseoso que da un proceso de fermentado, pero también la toman mucho, a mi en lo particular me gusta más el jugo con la masa. 😅.
