Un cálido hola desde mi Habana, hoy con un amanecer fresquito, a quienes ya siguen mi blog y a los nuevos amigos en esta comunidad.
Buscando en mis fotos, en antiguas publicaciones de mi perfil en Facebook (al cual trato como mi blog personal sin saber mucho al respecto), me encontré con esta publicación que les comparto y fue hecha el 12 de octubre de 2023. Hice ligeras correcciones en el texto, pero les dejo aquí el enlace a la misma.

He aprendido, sobre todo en estos tiempos, que la palabra Nunca, es impedimento. Mientras estudiaba Logopedia y hacía mis prácticas laborales, descubrí que amaba los trabajos manuales, artesanales...Tenía que hacer muchos medios educativos para aquellos niños tesoros con problemas de lenguaje, de atención, de conducta. Me descubrí a mí misma disfrutando algo que no creía que podía hacer. No fui muy excelente en las artes plásticas de la enseñanza primaria.
Luego con los años he aprendido varias técnicas, muñequería, pirografía, talla y trabajo en madera, bisutería. ¡Dios, no he parado!

Ahora aprendo a dibujar como es debido y me pliego a lo que me resulta más fácil y atractivo. Zentangle, ya lo dije, me apasiona y alivia mis ataques de ansiedad que comenzaron en el 2021 cuando la pandemia nos trastocó la existencia.
Esto que les muestro es un Zendala, esta vez con la guía talentosa de Nidhi Prakash Arts desde su canal de YouTube.
Sólo hice muy pequeñas modificaciones pero el concepto total lleva su crédito. Aún me falta un poco para hacer uno yo solita. Espero lo disfruten. En la foto, o en la forma en que la tiré desde mi móvil que no es muy bueno, hay detalles de sombreado que no son como se ven en físico, pero el resultado final es éste.
A propósito, hoy 21 de marzo de 2024 es el Día Mundial de la Poesía, felicitaciones a todos los amantes del género, a todos los que creamos imágenes con palabras, a locos y soñadores…los que seguimos aquí…los grandes que ya no están…
Haré otro post para ella, más amplio y con admiración infinita, pero conmemorando este día, me despido con este poema de Mirta Yáñez, una de las poetisas y narradoras que arrebataron mi inspiración en mi temprana juventud.
Ten presente
siempre
que la posteridad se ha hecho
para que futuros estudiantes
-husmeadores frívolos y pasajeros-
se aprovechen
de la carne viva
que han dejado los pobres poetas
en sus cartas,
en sus sábanas miserables,
en sus miradas suspendidas de un árbol.
Pero ten presente
-también-
que los poetas sueñan
con la larga permanencia
y para eso construyen las catedrales
y los poemas.

A warm hello from my Havana, today with a cool dawn, to those who already follow my blog and to the new friends in this community.
Looking through my photos, in old posts on my Facebook profile (which I treat as my personal blog without knowing much about it), I came across this publication that I share with you and was made on October 12, 2023. I made slight corrections in the text, but I leave here the link to it.

I have learned, especially in these times, that the word “never” is an impediment. While I was studying speech therapy and doing my internship, I discovered that I loved manual work, crafts... I had to make many educational aids for those precious children with language, attention and behavioral problems. I discovered myself enjoying something I didn't think I could do. I was not very excellent in the plastic arts in elementary school.
Then over the years I have learned various techniques, doll making, pyrography, wood carving and woodworking, costume jewelry. God, I have not stopped!

Now I learn to draw properly and I yield to what I find easier and more attractive. Zentangle, as I said, I am passionate about it and it relieves my anxiety attacks that started in 2021 when the pandemic disrupted our existence.
This I show you is a Zendala, this time with the talented guidance of Nidhi Prakash Arts from her YouTube channel.
I only made very minor modifications but the whole concept takes her credit. I still have a little way to go to make one on my own. I hope you enjoy it. In the photo, or the way I shot it from my cell phone which is not very good, there are shading details that are not as they look physically, but the end result is this.
By the way, today March 21, 2024 is World Poetry Day, congratulations to all lovers of the genre, to all of us who create images with words, to crazies and dreamers... those of us who are still here... the great ones who are no longer here....
I will make another post for her, more extensive and with infinite admiration, but commemorating this day, I say goodbye with this poem by Mirta Yáñez, one of the poets and storytellers who snatched my inspiration in my early youth.
Keep in mind
always
that posterity has been made
so that future students
-frivolous and transient snoops-
