RE: My Three Post Challenge

I’ve had what I feel were very well written posts years back. I spent a lot of time writing and editing them. The lack of people engaging in what I wrote has destroyed my efforts now. Not that I shit post at all, but my time is valuable to me and that hour plus I used to take isn’t worth the lack of interest anymore. It’s a shame because I have a lot of knowledge I could share.

Some of us read your posts, so I'd enjoy if you wrote more detailed stuff. That said, I know what you mean. If you read through most of the comments on my posts, a high percentage of them show they didn't actually read the post. But that's ok. I write for me, for practice, for helping clarify my thoughts, and for potential future material for example if I ever do a haiku book or a book about Japan. Anyone who does read and leaves a great comment, well, that's just bonus.

I get it. But it’s very disheartening when shitty posts get $60+ payouts and you write a quality post and nobody reads it let alone votes on it.
