It takes nearly 200 HIVE to even be competitive on the leaderboard. A new player can't magically compete with five years of accumulated resources. What they can compete with is effort. If delegated HP increases rewards for campfire participation, content creation, and community engagement, then active newcomers gain a path to compete that doesn't require already being a whale.

I like the idea of using delegated HP to reward genuine Campfire participation. It could give newcomers a reason to stay active while helping HiveGrove grow!
