Well, that depends how complex you'd be willing to make it. I'd be happy to agree to a simple, daily post/raffle with 1 HiveSBI up for grabs.
Or, if you really want to flesh it out, allow anyone to set up daily raffles with any token Hive/HSBI/Tribe tokens. You could add customisable conditions, like leaving a comment or following an account or community.
Ideally, if making it more 'open' for everyone, you could have a designated wallet/on page send function that the person setting up the raffle sends the prize to, then the raffle draws and sends the prize automatically. To take that even further, you could allow people to set up, say, like 30 days' worth of raffles and send all the prizes at once...obviously if sending HiveSbi as the prize, it would take a little more fiddeling as you'd need to send the Hive to Steembasicincome with the username of the winner from the raffle :D
Depends on how deep you want to take it. I'd be happy for a full-on raffle page where anyone can make 'free' daily raffles, maybe even adding an 'additional entry' for a paid fee, eg 1% of the raffle prize value, etc.. sky is the limit :D
