This time, the friends of #rally-chat-100 indicate something that I thought would be very easy to do. Only it did not have the architecture of such a complex hive as the one found. I was very doubtful about which of the rooms visited I liked the most, where I felt most comfortable, where I had been older or wrong. What, if I can tell you, is that I decided to prepare myself a good cup of coffee, I have already told you that I am a #coffeelovers and with a delicious flip flop*, that I bought this morning, I sat down to catch up with the challenge requested to this 2nd installment.
* Flip flop - it is said to a type of homemade sandal for bathing or walking at home, but in my city it is also said to a type of long and flat sweet cookie.
I wanted to add a personal touch to the title, so I made a parallel with the plans we designed or read by the engineers and the theme of The Terminal channel rooms on Discord. Wow, thank goodness I had the coffee aside. To begin with, it was a very intense week, because between a report that I am finishing preparing as a project consultant, too the start of a course on Smart Working and work on the farm, many of you know that my filthy Petunia had two weeks ago 7 beautiful babies, well, I made everything complicated, add to that the daily care routines of a house.
But, anyway, I think the balance has already been balanced again and the only thing that, if it escapes from my control, is the nature with the rains (which I adore) because the problems with the internet service and even electric energy begin, suddenly you can stay hours without both. And since the intention is not to publish for publication, it is to make quality publications, I like to observe first and more if it is something that is accompanied by rules.
I could see that The Terminal is made up of 11 zones, which I will only mention, each one also has a number of sites that can be visited, the moderators have wanted to call them rooms and that is where people can share according to their choice. These are:
START HERE - 4 rooms, (I consider that their review is mandatory to start the participation of any new entry);
THE COMMONS - 11 rooms (this is where I have participated the most);
REDFISH RALLY - 2 rooms (its review is important because both get 1) examples of publications and 2) announcements aimed at the participants known as Red Fish, who in turn are participating in the Rally, in neither of them can you participate);
VOICE & MUSIC - 3 rooms;
CONTEST - 4 rooms (2 open with contests that define participation in the heading of the room and 2 rooms where participation is limited);
POST-PROMOTION - 11 rooms, (in some more you cannot participate);
LEARN LANGUAGES! - 2 rooms;
FUN & GAMES - 5 rooms;
INFORMATION LIBRARY - 14 rooms (I would say it is the most knowledgeable room in the entire hive);
THE OFFICE - 1 bedroom;
LISTS - 4 rooms (it is necessary to review it, it also has necessary information).
This makes this house have 61 rooms !!!!! All zones have a drop-down menu structure. It would be a big lie to tell them that I have stopped in each room to see what they do, but I did have to review them to obtain the information that flows in each one. I can also tell you that when there is information not yet reviewed, the drop-down menu shows it, it does not contract completely. On the other hand, all rooms start with a #, in some you can participate, in others you cannot write, I consider because they are more informative, you can only click on the emoticons that you get.
Referring to the rooms where participation is limited, there is usually necessary information, and you can click on the links that lead to swimming a little deeper. We are red fish, right ?. Other nice things that I located was the page divider that I took from the room #page-dividers that is in the area called LIST, the user, who is administrator and founder @KittyGirl, please leave us the html code for your use, the gifs that I use are obtained in the zone of THE OFFICE #hive-assets. But there are others and it is a matter of review and use according to taste.
But the rooms that I like the most, are in THE COMMONS area, I feel like this, the natural vibe, where "good morning", "good afternoon", "good night" are shared, in addition to joking and talking, you always get someone who likes to guide people, thus facilitating the work of the moderators. I particularly like the rooms, #chat-espanol and #general-chat-text, at this point I stop, because it makes me reflect on the necessary dialogue that exists in these rooms. There will always be something to share. Freire said*: "dialogue is part of freedom" and this leads us to knowledge for social transformation. We cannot forget, then, that these spaces are essentially social.

When in the guidelines they indicate making a suggestion, they put me in a bind, because I can make thousands, but going back to Master Freire, this is learned by doing; on the other hand, there is the issue of language, it can become a potential barrier, but now there are translators who have improved a lot, however, a translator does not translate feelings and here I pause a bit. Spanish is a very rich language, according to the writer Ocampo, S. (2017), this language has more than 93,000 words, but it is also spoken in 20 countries. And here a unique role plays, the enormous diversity of cultures that coexist in these social spaces; There may be a lot of respect when relating or guiding someone, but since we do not know about the normal customs in other latitudes, we could think wrongly. In general, Latin Americans are very affectionate, there is a word that defines us very well but I do not know if there is a translation, we are flattering, we are another word that defines us, mediating respect of course, it means that we are very affectionate, that includes our way of expressing ourselves verbally, gesturally and even now in written form.
So my suggestion is to create room No. 62, in this huge house, where we can talk a little about our idiosyncrasies, our worldviews, what is appropriate or not in our countries, with current themes in such a way that People knowing how others see, feel and live understand a certain expression without feeling offended or stunned.

¡Hola mi gente linda de Hive!
Esta vez, los amigos del #rally-chat-100 nos indican algo que pensé, sería muy fácil de hacer. Solo que no contaba con la arquitectura de tan compleja colmena como la encontrada. Dude muchísimo sobre cuál de las habitaciones visitadas me gustaba más, donde me sentía más cómoda, donde había tenido mayores o desaciertos. Lo que, si les puedo decir, es que decidí, prepararme una buena taza de café, ya les he comentado que soy una #coffeelovers y con una deliciosa chancleta* que compre está mañana, me senté a ponerme al día con el desafío solicitado para esta 2da entrega.
*Chancleta – se le dice a un tipo de sandalia casera para bañarse o andar en casa, pero en mi ciudad también se le dice a un tipo de galleta dulce larga y plana.
Quise agregarle un toque personal al título, por lo que hice un paralelismo con los planos que diseñamos o leemos los ingenieros y el tema de las habitaciones del canal #TheTerminal en Discord. Guao, menos mal tenía el café a un lado. Para empezar, fue una semana muy intensa, pues entre un informe que estoy terminando de levantar como consultora de un proyecto, el inicio de un curso sobre Smart Working y el trabajo en la granja, muchos de Ustedes saben que mi cochina Petunia tuvo hace dos semanas atrás 7 hermosos bebés, y me complique toda, a eso agréguenle las rutinas diarias de atención de una casa.
Pero, en fin, creo que la balanza ya se volvió a equilibrar y lo único que, si se escapa de mi control es la naturaleza con las lluvias (que adoro) pues comienzan los problemas con el servicio de internet e incluso de energía eléctrica, de repente te puedes quedar horas sin ambos. Y como la intención no es publicar por publicar, es hacer publicaciones de calidad, me gusta observar primero y más si se trata de algo que va acompañado de reglas.
Pude observar que #TheTerminal está compuesto por 11 zonas, que solo mencionare, cada una tiene además una cantidad de sitios que pueden ser visitados, los moderadores han querido llamarles habitaciones y es ahí donde las personas pueden compartir de acuerdo a su elección. Estas son:
COMIENZA AQUÍ – 4 habitaciones, (considero que son de carácter obligatorio su revisión para el inicio de la participación de cualquier nuevo ingreso);
THE COMMONS – 11 habitaciones (aquí es donde más he participado);
REDFISH RALLY – 2 habitaciones (importante su revisión pues en ambas se consiguen 1) ejemplos de publicaciones y 2) anuncios dirigido a los participantes conocidos como Peces Rojos, que a su vez estén participando en los Rally, en ninguna de las dos se puede participar);
VOICE & MUSIC – 3 habitaciones;
CONTEST – 4 habitaciones (2 abiertas con concursos que definen en el encabezado de la habitación como ha de ser la participación y 2 habitaciones donde se limita la participación);
POST-PROMOTION – 11 habitaciones, (en algunas entras más no puedes participar);
LEARN LANGUAGES! – 2 habitaciones;
FUN & GAMES – 5 habitaciones;
INFORMATION LIBRARY – 14 habitaciones (yo diría que es la habitación de mayor conocimiento en toda la colmena);
THE OFFICE – 1 habitación;
LISTS – 4 habitaciones (es necesario revisarla, también tiene información necesaria).
¡Esto hace que esta casa tenga 61 habitaciones!!!!! Todas las zonas tienen una estructura de menú desplegable. Sería una gran mentira decirles que me he detenido en cada habitación para ver que hacen, pero si tuve que revisarlas para obtener medianamente la información que fluye en cada una. También les puedo comentar que cuando hay información aún no revisada, el menú desplegable lo muestra, no se contrae totalmente. Por otra parte, todas las habitaciones comienzan con un #, en algunas puedes participar, en otras no se puede escribir, considero porque son más informativas, solo se puede cliquear en los emoticons que se consigan.
Refiriéndome a las habitaciones donde está limitada la participación, por lo general hay información necesaria, y se puede hacer click en los enlaces que llevan a nadar un poco más profundo. Somos peces rojos, ¿cierto?. Otra cosa agradable que ubique fue el divisor de página que tome de la habitación #page-dividers que se encuentra en la zona denominada LIST, la usuaria, que es administradora y fundadora @KittyGirl tiene a bien dejarnos el código html para su uso, los gif que utilizo se consiguen en la zona de THE OFFICE #hive-assets. Pero hay otros más y es cuestión de revisar y utilizar de acuerdo al gusto.
Pero las salas que más me gustan, están en la zona THE COMMONS, siento está, la vibra natural, donde se comparten “buenos días”, “buenas tardes”, “buenas noches”, además de bromear y conversar, siempre consigues a alguien que le gusta orientar a las personas, facilitando así el trabajo de los moderadores. Particularmente me gustan las habitaciones, #chat-espanol y #general-chat-text, en este punto me detengo, porque me hace reflexionar acerca de la dialogicidad necesaria que hay en estas habitaciones. Siempre habrá algo que compartir. Decía Freire*: "el dialogo es parte de la libertad" y ello nos conduce al conocimiento para la transformación social. No podemos olvidar pues, que estos espacios son sociales en esencia.
Cuando en las orientaciones indican hacer una sugerencia, a mí me ponen en un aprieto, porque puedo hacer miles, pero volviendo al maestro Freire, esto se aprende es haciendo; por otra parte, está el tema del idioma, puede convertirse en una potencial barrera, pero ahora existen los traductores que han mejorado muchísimo, sin embargo, un traductor no traduce sentimientos y aquí me detengo un poco. El español es un idioma muy rico, según el articulista Ocampo, S. (2017), este idioma posee más de 93.000 palabras, pero además es hablado en 20 países. Que a veces, uno puede llegar a pensar que el otro o la otra con quien nos comunicamos, está enfadado o molesto porque no sé hacer las cosas.
Y aquí juega un rol único, la enorme diversidad de culturas que coexistimos en estos espacios sociales; puede que haya mucho respeto al relacionarse u orientar a alguien, pero como desconocemos sobre las costumbres normales en otras latitudes, pudiéramos pensar de manera equivocada. Por lo general, los latinoamericanos somos muy cariñosos, hay una palabra que nos define muy bien pero no sé si hay traducción, somos zalameros, querendones es otra palabra que nos define, mediando el respeto por supuesto, significa que somos muy cariñosos, eso incluye nuestra manera de expresarnos verbal, gestual e incluso ahora de manera escrita.
Por lo que mi sugerencia es crear la habitación Nro. 62, en esta enorme casa, donde podamos hablar un poco de nuestras idiosincrasias, de nuestras cosmovisiones, de lo que es apropiado o no en nuestros países, con temas actuales de tal manera que las personas al saber cómo otras ven, sienten y viven comprendan una determinada expresión sin que se sientan ofendidas o aturdidas.

What a flip flop and coffee can do for a rallier! Well done great write! It’s a big house we have , we built it and hope navigating is done in an educational way. We hope earning through learning g is possible this way. Hive ia huge aswell and with our terminal it’s possible to get on top of the basics everybody needs to have to survive the hive.

Mi cerebro ya no es lo mismo que hace 20 años atrás, por lo que me cuesta más procesar información, por lo general lo hago haciendo paralelismo, y apenas estoy entendiendo la dinámica de Discord. Es una moderna casa de salas de chat, con información, algo que arranco hace muchos años como las salas de chat de Starmedia (por poner un ejemplo)...obviamente Discord es mucho más sofisticado e interesante.
