Epeus Jumping Spider

The photos here were taken by me while walking in Blang Weu Panjoe village some time ago.

It is a jumping spider in the genus Epeus belonging to the spider family Salticidae. It is bright green, with a striking brown crest, and has tall, dark legs that resemble those of a crab.

Epeus is the genus of spiders that are commonly found in Southeast Asia.

The photos are great, it gives the impression that the spider is going to come out of the screen, you can see all the details, good macro.
