Golden Jumping Spider And Unlucky Jump 😁

Today, I saw the golden jumping spider crawling over a plant stem in the garden behind my house. Yes, the jumping spider of the genus Cosmophasis belonging to the family Salticidae. It was very small but incredibly agile.

When I am having fun taking pictures, maybe because the distance of my cellphone is too close to make it scared and jump in the other direction. Unfortunately, instead of landing on another branch, it fell into a water reservoir. This is the first time I've seen something like this.

I hurriedly took a leaf and put it in the water to help it. I lifted the leaf sheet, but it hurriedly jumped the other way and that's when I lost it. 😁😁😁
