RE: Why are some Arsenal fans whiny little babies?

I respect Arsenal not getting into the bidding war. They valued him at a certain amount of money, maybe in 5 years he will be worth 150 and maybe 20. Plus, I don't think many players are built to deal with the pressure that comes with such a large fee. Look at Grealish, Coutinho, and Felix, the list is endless.

It's difficult to judge Grealish and he did an interesting interview recently - At Aston Villa where he'd spent his entire life, he could play where he wanted. He could roam across the front line, pick the shittest defender and go at him for 90+ minutes.

Now he's at Man City, he's not got a free role and is expected to play out wide and having done something different his entire life, it's taking some time for him to adjust. I think that adjustment is starting to happen as his performances since the World Cup have improved. So I don't think it's the pressure (he's had the pressure of being Villa's talisman for many years) but the entirely different role Josep's asking him to play.

I can't really comment on Coutinho or Joao Felix - Felix went into a team that is built around kicking the shit out of their opponents (which he thought Chelsea would appreciate) and I suspect he's a more elegant player than that. I didn't really see Coutinho at Barca but didn't he have a lot of injury problems?
