I really support this proposal. I mean if we as a community think we need the funds for anything else we will make new proposal to end or lower delegation.

True :) I could have easily written the code for liquid transfer but I am not because then I will be the owner of the 10 Million SPORTS and not the community.
Now if the proposal passes , the amount is staked in the same account @sports-gov so actually the community owns it.
