I am not ruling out Mercedes just yet as they could have won today had Hamilton had his DRS working in qualifying. The 2nd half of the season should be far more exciting.

If MErcedes can keep up the momentum then I agree with you. I dont think they will compete for the driver's championsship but the constructor's one is definetly still open
Drivers is still a possibility if they can improve the car within the next month. Ferrari are cocking things up and Perez is not performing. Hamilton has a 25% chance, but constructors I think they can definitely do it. Verstappen will take penalties soon as they have used one more power unit than Mercedes already.
