Timo Werner is not ill luck but he clearly doesn't have what it takes. The EPL is far different from other leagues and the pace alone will leave many struggling. Chelsea need a decent striker that guarantees them 20 plus goals per season and Werner isn't it. Lukaku did well right in the beginning and needs a decent service as he is only as good as what is around him. Chelsea were never in the title fight as they don't have the squad to compete over 38 matches.
